Noble Energy’s North Sea Dumbarton Field Produces First Oil

Noble Energy, Inc. (NYSE:NBL) has announced today in a press release that production has commenced from its Dumbarton development in blocks 15/20a and 15/20b in the UK sector of the North Sea. Dumbarton is a re-development of the Donan Field and is located in 140 meters of water, 225 kilometers north east of Aberdeen, Scotland. Noble Energy has a 30 percent working interest in the Dumbarton development. Maersk Oil is the operator with a 70 percent working interest.
