Recession has affected the Global economy in various ways and the Government of most countries in the world are taking measures to help prevent the recession from becoming worse. Recession has become the most talked about topic  and everybody feels the pinch of the recession in some format . Recession is a decline in the Gross domestic Product or GDP.

Inflation contributes mainly to the recession . When Cost of goods increases, people cut down their expenditure resulting in a fall in the demand for goods and services. And naturally GDP declines. The recession has created unemployment crisis all over the world . Banks suffered a lot during this recession. Nearly 140 banks were closed down in US between January 2009 and January 2010. So, you can imagine how many people would have lost their jobs.
